The International Conference on Educational Technology and Online Learning (ICETOL), which will be held for the fifth time in Cunda, Ayvalık, Türkiye between 26–29 August 2025, will take place both face-to-face and online. The main theme of the conference is “Empowering Learners: Adaptive Learning Environments and the Role of AI in Education.” Hosted by Balıkesir University, ICETOL 2025 will feature discussions, best practices, reflections, and shared experiences aligned with the conference theme, contributing to both national and international literature.
